原葡萄酒厂废弃老厂房改造，在保持原来建筑的尺度、肌理与空间文脉的原则，让生活居住在这里的居民改善居住环境，提高生活品质，体现城市艺术活力和时尚精神，实现建筑文化的延续，提升区域城市形象，创想示范性未来城市，为每一个城市留下一处“老厂房”地标，更新城市文明，设计创意主题产业园赋予老厂房新的生命，使之成为特色鲜明，充满活力和魅力的文化艺术街区、推动文化创意产业发展。整合资源汇聚圈层影响力创意文化体验地，做到国有资产保值或微增值，自然带动毗邻区域的经济增长。

老厂房静静地记录着那个年代的翻天覆地，它不仅仅是一栋栋老厂房，更代表了几代人的城市记忆，留住乡愁，回望历史的地方，曾经承载着多少人的豪情与梦想，如今新的故事将在这里延续。
